Below is our weekly news recap with the latest updates. Our updates reach five times the circulation of the Oregonian operated by
corporate media on behalf of Advanced Publications in New York.
Our goal is to provide an alternative to the socialist corporate propaganda that is in bed with the urban oligarchy hell bent on destroying America starting right here in Oregon.
I will make some comments and additions at the bottom. Source links are provided but some are censured daily be socialist media supporting the so-called Democrats. And it is long so several reads or sittings are suggested.

Police state
To enforce the latest “freeze”/shutdown (more below), Governor Kate Brown has illegally enlisted the Oregon State Police (OSP) and local law enforcement to make criminals out of law-abiding citizens. OSP issued a statement.
Sharp letters of protest by Republicans (here, here and here) will not change Governor Brown, Speaker of the House Tina Kotek and Senate President Peter Courtney’s efforts to seize complete power. Likewise, history shows physicians, lawyers, judges, law enforcement and corporate media will ignore the law, and in fact, help plan the destructions of society, for their own establishment gains. I have personally seen this in Europe, Africa, Latin America, Asia and the Middle East in the past four decades, including into the 2000s.
A peaceful economic blockage or set of sanctions against urban anarchists, communists, and socialists including anti-citizen state government, selected counties, and rogue cities would have an immediate impact. Please note all indications are the OSP Superintendent lied to us on Saturday as rogue law enforcement may well be used to attack Oregonians.
The Left and anarchists branded Republicans or anyone who disagrees with them as Nazis, which was smart because unsuspecting Americans do not see the true similarities between their ruling Democrat overlords and fascism. Unbeknownst to many, “Nazi” is short for: National Socialist German Workers’ Party.
When Republicans denied quorum over cap and trade in 2019 and 2020, that was the first indicator of Oregon becoming a fascist state. Governor Brown sent law enforcement after Republicans to bring them back to vote on a special interest environmental bill. Listen to this excellent podcast recapping the events.
COVID-19
Governor Brown’s latest power grab and unconstitutional overreach is a two week “freeze”, which is another word for a lockdown. The freeze is guaranteed to last much longer for some Oregon counties, including Multnomah County. Governor Brown is destroying Oregonians’ lives for political advancement.
5 ways Oregon lockdowns are worse than other states.
She is drunk on power, and Oregonians should expect the “freeze” to last much longer than 2 weeks. In her press conference on November 13, the governor indicated Multnomah County would be in a shutdown state for 4 weeks, maybe longer. The governor is taking her cues from Joe Biden, and Biden’s COVID advisor says the USA needs to shut down for just 4-6 weeks and then we will ‘defeat’ the virus and ‘revive’ the economy. Explain again how shutting down the economy and all free enterprise, ‘revives’ it?
A breakdown of the new “freeze”/shutdown rules:
Limiting social get-togethers (indoors and outdoors) to no more than six people, total, from no more than two households. Translation: The government is attempting to control what you can do in your private residence. What gives Governor Brown the right to tell private citizens what they can or cannot do in private homes? One could wonder about how the Left, or Governor Brown’s cronies, hate Thanksgiving and any American traditions and the shutdown leading to the holiday seems interestingly timed.
Limiting churches and other faith-based venues to a maximum of 25 people indoors or 50 people outdoors. Translation: The constitutional right to go to church is under direct attack. As Portland Catholic Archbishop Sample said, “No one has a constitutional right to go to a restaurant, a bar or a gym. But there is a right to the free exercise of religion.”
Limiting restaurants to take-out only. Translation: Restaurants have bent over backwards to comply to Governor Brown and OR-OSHA’s workplace rules, creating safe environments for customers, and they are being targeted. Roughly 200,000 Oregonians work in the restaurant industry whose livelihoods are under direct attack.
The governor didn’t succeed in completely destroying the restaurant and small businesses in our state the first lockdown, but now the governor is going back around to end them. The governor is creating a welfare state. This is socialism: all the wealth in the big money: McDonald’s, Amazon, Dairy Queen, Target… while every other business and the entrepreneurial spirit is forced out. The governor recently “found” $55 million dollars to distribute to counties across the state who will then provide it to businesses under duress with the shutdown. Why can’t the governor see that Oregonians just want to get back to work?
Closing gyms and fitness organizations. Translation: Another industry that is already highly sanitized (pre-COVID) that will be forced to shut down. Government and medical official should be encouraging Oregonians to stay physically active – not hide in their homes.
Closing indoor recreational facilities, museums, indoor entertainment activities, and indoor pools, and sports courts. Translation: Keep Oregonians from interacting with one another as much as possible. If we can find common ground, we are a threat to government control and State-Run Media polarization.
Closing outdoor recreational facilities, zoos, gardens, aquariums, outdoor entertainment activities, and outdoor pools. Translation: How is a zoo deemed dangerous, but a park is not and can remain open? The “science” does not add up here, further proof of the politicization of the pandemic.
Limiting grocery stores and pharmacies to a maximum of 75% capacity and encouraging curbside pick-up. Translation: Curbside pickup is a privileged endeavor. Low-wage and fixed income Oregonians do not have the luxury to trust a corporate store employee to find discount products and the best deals as they live without a paycheck.
Limiting retail stores and retail malls (indoor and outdoor) to a maximum of 75% capacity and encouraging curbside pick-up. Translation: Shop on Amazon more because Amazon is one of many corporate cronies who benefit from shutdowns.
Closing venues (that host or facilitate indoor or outdoor events). Translation: Remove any opportunities for people to get together. But don’t forget, Antifa is allowed to gather. Requiring all businesses to mandate work-from-home to the greatest extent possible and closing offices to the public. Translation: Government and corporate workers can continue to live a privileged life from their homes, but anyone else, including doctors, must be physically at work and in a mask all day. Prohibiting indoor visiting in long-term care facilities. Translation: Leave the elderly alone at high-risk of depression. These people are being ignored, cast aside during the political pandemic, when they are the ones who need our help most of all. ALSO: The governor threw in a blurb at 4:31 during the November 13 press conference that Oregonians should wear masks inside and outside at all times. She took a line directly from the President-elect’s plan (bottom of the website page). The State-Run Media has not been covering this fact, but it will become more and more prominent as the president-elect takes over.
The government that cried “wolf”
Oregonians have every right to feel victimized by the arbitrary COVID-19 shutdowns. The first shutdown from March until May was at a time when Oregon cases were at their lowest. The government cried “wolf” and made the panic worse than it needed to be, destroying Oregon’s booming economy for no reason. Since the counties have been able to reopen in drawn out phases, cases have only increased. The measures did not “work” because a one-size-fits-all approach does not work in Oregon. And many Oregonians, do not want to comply any longer.
The Oregon government is costing lives by hyping up COVID-19 in the spring when case counts were incredibly low and burning out its caring citizens.
Further, the Oregon Health Authority (OHA) does not provide a breakdown of workplaces and industries with COVID-19 outbreaks because “the situation changes every day and the data would need to be cleaned and reorganized for this kind of analysis”. Your tax dollars at work. This explanation undermines contact tracing. Why bother encouraging Oregonians to “pick up the call” if the data isn’t even used? With the increase in cases due to the increase in testing, public health workers are ‘pausing’ contact tracing because it is too hard to do right now anyway.
OHA is blaming its utter failure to put the 40,000-80,000 new tests from the federal government to good use because they are struggling to hire enough health care workers to oversee “expanded test collections”. Not even 1 million COVID-19 tests have been used in the state. There are over 4.2 million Oregonians.

However, science and medical professionals have undermined their profession by making arbitrary claims on what is dangerous vs what is not during the political pandemic.
Many medical professionals are playing into the governor’s politicization of COVID-19 by telling Oregonians if they do not “follow the rules”, hospitals will not have space for other emergencies because too many COVID-19 patients will flood the halls (OHSU said it was ready for a COVID-19 surge just 3 weeks ago). It wasn’t long ago when hospitals were spending money on ad campaigns to get Oregonians to seek care, especially after a drastic drop in ER visits for chest pain.
The discrepancy based on political affiliation is visible across the country.

Governor Brown continues the government overreach at the expense of Oregonians for attention.
She was interviewed by MSNBC and told how “wonderful” of a job she’s done with the pandemic.
And again on CNN, which included a segment about Tootie Smith, the newly-elected Clackamas County Commissioner, standing up against the government overreach in her determination to celebrate Thanksgiving, an American freedom. This is what the Left does; they viciously attack anyone who dares disagree with their rules.

Vaccine
Governor Brown is already in the process of blocking a vaccine by partnering with other states to study the “safety” of a vaccine to maintain dictator-like control of each respective state. I am not keen on any vaccine mandate but that is an individual choice… Equal protection under the Constitution is still the right of every Oregonian.
Despite breakthroughs with the vaccine from both Pfizer and Moderna, Fauci is already fear-mongering that Americans will need to wear masks and social distance even with a vaccine. Americans are being conditioned to fear each other and any illness.
Testing
In Oregon, the use of the federally distributed Abbott Laboratories Binax NOW antigen test is expected to produce a minimum 33.3% to 61.5% false positives for counties with 1 to 3% prevalence rates of COVID-19, respectively. The FDA has provided EUA (emergency use authorization) for this test ONLY for symptomatic patients, with the recommendation of PCR test follow-up in low prevalence areas. It can be expected that areas with low prevalences before October and the widespread use of the antigen test will suddenly start reporting high numbers of positive tests. False positives result in unnecessary shutdowns, isolation, and loss of income, and can create potential new outbreaks in crowded facilities by isolating false positives (healthy people) with true positives.
Nearly 1/3 of the common colds leading to the flu are strands of the coronavirus. The tests can be positive for these four plus SARs, MERS, and COVID-19, meaning testing is meaningless except for expanding the political pandemic and total government control.

Over the past few days, we have tried to clarify from the Oregon State Police (link blocked by legislature?) if they intend to raid private homes as requested by Governor Brown’s executive order. The press release response from OSP, Sheriffs and Chiefs raises serious constitutional questions about law enforcement. Based on several Sheriff’s inaccurate comments you should read your real rights authority in regards to arrest authority.
Likewise, over the next week we should all ponder the Oregon’s Constitutional clause on treason along with the intentional actions by Governor Brown against seniors locked in homes and her intentional actions impacting children which many claim is nothing more than manslaughter.
While crimes against humanity and genocide lawsuits are expanding, the act of treason is in a completely different set of clauses of both the Oregon Constitution and United States Constitution. And it applies to all individuals and all three branches of government.
